Arrington Gets 300th Win

With their  64-49 win over Telfair County Friday night, the Toombs County Bulldogs gave Head Coach Donnie Arrington his 300th win. Arrington said he was prouder of his team's performance than his milestone victory.


"Mat Dawgs" Win Area Dual Tournament

Thanks to a crucial pin by Neal Rodgers, and then a pin by Case Schofill, the Toombs County Bulldog Wrestling team edged Dublin 39-35 to win the AA Area Dual tournament on Friday afternoon.

Lyons Rec Department to Offer Soccer Camp

The Lyons recreation department is sponsoring a 3-day soccer camp that will take place at Hallmark Park.  Coach Gary Wright (of the Coastal Ga. Soccer Association) will conduct the camp.  The camp will be on Tuesday Jan. 16th through Thursday Jan. 18th, 4:00-5:30 each day and is open to all kids grades 6-12.  The cost of the camp is $25.  You can bring the money and fill out the registration form the first day of the camp.
